A group of three phurbu, each with two shaman horseriders on top. Tamang, Langtang, Nepal. Wood with cloth ornaments. According to some researchers, among others Adrian Viel, is this phurba used in funeral rituals and represents the horseriding shaman as a ‘psychopomp’.
